These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to The Crafty Tech Tank ("the Tank," "we," "us"), operated by The Crafty Tech Guy, 7311 Hwy 329, Suite 902, Crestwood, KY 40014. They cover our website (thecraftytechtank.com), our online community, our classes and live trainings, and our mobile app. By creating an account or using the Tank, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Tank.
You must be at least 18 years old to join. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your login private. Your membership is for you only. Please don't share your login or let others use your account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
What's included in each plan may change over time as we add, update, or retire content. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. If we change the price of your plan, we'll let you know ahead of time, and the new price will apply at your next renewal.
Monthly Library Pass and Live Pass plans include a 7-day free trial. Annual plans do not include a trial. If you don't cancel before your trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and the card on file is charged. Free trials are limited to one per person.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your paid access until it's updated.
You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and then it won't renew. If you cancel during a free trial, your trial ends and you won't be charged. You can keep using the free Tank Member spaces after a paid plan ends.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months or years, unused time, and unused content, except where required by law. That's why monthly plans include a free trial, so you can try everything first.

We may remove content or suspend or end accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
You own what you post. By posting in the Tank, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and share it within the Tank so the community can work. If you post in Show & Tell or Wins, we may ask your permission before featuring it anywhere outside the Tank.
All classes, videos, live trainings, recordings, downloads, templates, and other materials in the Tank belong to The Crafty Tech Guy. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own business while your membership is active. You may not copy, resell, share, record, or redistribute our content, or share access with anyone else.
Everything in the Tank is for educational purposes. We share tips and strategies that have worked for us and others, but we can't guarantee any particular result, sales, or income. Tech tools, platforms, and their rules change often, so always double-check settings and policies for your own business. Nothing in the Tank is legal, tax, or financial advice.
We may mention or link to other companies' tools and websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, or policies. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
We work to keep the Tank and the app running smoothly, but we can't promise they'll always be available or error-free. Live sessions may occasionally be rescheduled or canceled. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Tank at any time.
The Tank is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Crafty Tech Guy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Tank. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You can stop using the Tank and delete your account at any time (see our Support page). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Tank.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll let members know by email or in the app. If you keep using the Tank after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
