How do I log in?

Open the app (or go to the Tank community on the web) and sign in with the email you used to join.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. You'll get a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up within a few minutes.

What memberships are available?

Tank Member is free. Library Pass is $25/month or $250/year. Live Pass is $39/month or $390/year. Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial. See all plans.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Visit thecraftytechtank.com/plans and choose your new plan, or email us and we'll help you switch.

How do I cancel?

Email [email protected] and ask to cancel. Paid plans stay active until the end of your current billing period, then end. If you're on a free trial, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds, which is why monthly plans come with a 7-day free trial so you can try everything first.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your account. We'll cancel any active subscription and permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except for records we're required to keep by law (such as payment records).

The app isn't working right. What should I try?

Make sure the app is updated to the latest version, close and reopen it, and check your internet connection. Still stuck? Email us with your device type (iPhone or Android) and a screenshot if you can.
